2 Material Technology
STEP1
Setting 2 sets mold on 2 Cylinder Injection Machine . A and B Mold. Filling Material 1 into A Mold
STEP2
Open Mold ( A and B Mold ) Take out runner from A Mold(Figure 3)
STEP3
Turn the secondary side mold (Mold A turn to B and B turn to A )(Figure 4)
STEP4
Close the secondary mold and Filling Material 1 to B mold, Material 2 to A mold. In this step, 2 Material Product is already produce in A Mold .Return to STEP 2 Open the secondary mold, take out runner 2 Material Products is completed and finished 1 Cycle
